VINYASA FLOW

Dynamic practice

In a Vinyasa class, we synchronize breath and movements, flowing from one pose to the other, holding the poses for 5 breath cycles.

The class always starts with an opening meditation and breathing exercices (pranayama), followed by warm ups (usually lunges), sun salutations, standing poses, balance, core, sitted poses and relaxation.

Vinyasa practice is perfect if you want to break a sweat while working on flexibility and strength. It will give you a better body alignement, and also work on your mind by focusing, breathing consciously, and taking the stress and anxiety away.

YIN YOGA

Meditative and sitted practice

In a Yin Yoga class, the goal is to completely relax the body and mind, by holding the poses for 3 minutes or more.

We want to be super comfortable before we make sure we can hold the pose, so we always use props such as comfy pillows and blankets.

What to expect during a Yin Class ?

Calming the nervous system

Releasing muscle tension

Relaxation and grounding

Rebooting your energy

Improvement of flexibility and movement

Joints lubrication

... and much more!
